Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves. Defend the rights of all those who have nothing. –Proverbs 31:8 (ICB)
Have you ever loved something so much that it’s as if a gravitational pull is bringing you closer? One where every sign directs to that place where you’re meant to be?
It’s a force that’s difficult to explain, and it may be one where others look at you a bit cross-eyed if you were to try to share the sheer determination you have to get there.
Our place is helping dogs. Quite specifically, our place is to help the underdogs. The forgotten. Those cast aside. The voiceless.
This journey is the manifestation of all of those things, and we also hope it’s a place where others will laugh, cry, share, learn, and get inspired to help the underdogs, too.

Dogs' paws are sensitive, and just like human skin, they can burn and blister when exposed to extreme heat. Unlike us, dogs don’t have the option to avoid hot surfaces unless we guide them. Prolonged exposure to hot pavement can lead to painful injuries, including burns and blisters, which can take weeks to heal and may require veterinary care.

Today, we remember the innocent souls who perished in a terrible fire in Texas 3 years ago. We always try to hold onto the GOOD, and it was the lesson from this tragedy: ALWAYS make sure your vet office, boarder, or pet resort has an overnight staff member and a fire prevention plan in place.

🐾 Creating a Safe Space for Your Rescue Dog 🐾 & A Very Special Adoption Spotlight: HENRY from City Of Prichard Animal Shelter ❤️
At LovesDogs.org, we know that bringing home a rescue dog can be both exciting and challenging. Many of our rescue pups have been through a lot, and it's important to help them feel safe and secure in their new environment. 🏡
One of the best ways to do this? Create a calming space just for them! 🌿
✨ Here are some quick tips to get started: 1️⃣ Choose a quiet, low-traffic area of your home. 2️⃣ Provide soft bedding or a cozy crate for comfort. 3️⃣ Minimize noise with soft music or white noise. 4️⃣ Offer toys and puzzles to keep them mentally engaged. 5️⃣ Be patient and let them explore the space on their own terms.
Every dog deserves a space where they can feel loved and protected. ❤️🐶
